Opening your account takes only a minute through our free trial link. Start building jobs and inviting staff immediately to your account. The optional staff import and application questions can take 1-2 days to change.
With your account, the following main features can be customized:

  • Logo and background image
  • Staff application questions
  • Search criteria
  • Roles
  • Canned messages

The above, and other smaller customization options, will help you to transform Watu into an account to truly reflect your business.

At this point, we do not offer an API solution.
Yes, it is possible to link your Watu account to your website for staff to log in or sign up. Just ask your website developers to build a ‘sign in’ or ‘register here’ button with a link to your Watu account.
Completely. You access watu through a secure, encrypted SSL connection. Your staff are your staff and can only be viewed in your database.
We’ve aimed to scale your costs along with your business growth. Because your Watu account needs only one license to remain open, you can choose to add or remove on a monthly basis additional licenses as needed. So when your business is booming, you can opt to add more licenses but when times are quiet, reduce your costs down to one license.
If you decide that Watu is no longer for you, that’s ok. We have a contract-free policy and your account can be immediately closed by clicking ‘settings’ then ‘close account’. And because it’s only fair, we’ll charge up until the day you leave and no further.

Want to keep your staff information? You will be able to easily download your staff data at any time.
