You have the ability to download your staff data at the click of a button at any point, and if you decide to leave us one day, we'll provide you with all everything else that is retrievable in the system for a fee.

Your data's security is our highest priority. Data is stored in the most secure facilities available, ensuring the only people accessing your account data, are your managers.

What's more, our system is built to ensure that the sharing of data is technically impossible between clients.

Our aim is to work with you from now onwards. To do so, we aim to keep you happy, focussing on helping you as quickly and effectively as possible whenever you reach out to us through the tech support in the application. Watu bills via credit card on the first day of the following month. Bills are itemised by number of manager licences and text usage (country dependent) and can be viewed live within your account alongside previous payments.
